  • 100% refund if you cancel up to two weeks prior to check in.

Damage to the property

  • Absolutely no parties. No events. No exceptions.
  • No smoking allowed inside of the property. STRICT.

Spectacular!!!

“Spectacular!!! Our work takes us all over the world and we end up staying in Vrbo's on a regular basis. Given that, I do not use the word “spectacular“ very often. But this property is, truly, spectacular. The house is beautiful and it is on a piece of property that affords one of the best views in the Caribbean. The furniture and the rest of the furnishings are in very good taste— the entire villa is well appointed. The house also has everything you will need from spices in the kitchen to toys for the pool and beach. The owners are very thoughtful in providing everything you might need. Great north shore house on STX!

“This is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay. We actually live on St. Croix so are pretty picky when it comes to a “staycation” location. This house is private, has an amazing view, a pool and a flexible set up depending on how many people you have. The beds were comfy, the covered outdoor living space was some of the best part as well as the views. There is AC, but we didn't use it, breeze was sufficient. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. The north shore of St. Croix is a great part of the island and this place is a convenient location to beaches, restaurants, hiking, etc. As with anywhere on STX, a car is pretty essential. Birthday Trip

“We stayed here for my husband's birthday trip to St. Croix and everything was perfect! The location is so beautiful and we really enjoyed hanging outside in the pool and enjoying the views. The villa has everything you need, but if you need to get ahold of the property manager, he is very responsive by phone and text. The villa was very clean and even included items such as board games and yoga mats! My favorite part of the day was being able to watch the sunset :)”- Cecilia B
